The evidence rating scale is a broad framework designed to show where an existing programme is succeeding and where there are opportunities to improve, or whether introducing a new programme could be of benefit.
It can be used by those who design and fund programmes and the community and voluntary organisations that deliver them. The tool will help you to:
- decide whether or not to introduce an international programme into New Zealand
- review the effectiveness of existing programmes
- upskill your organisation’s ability to robustly evaluate programmes and outcomes.
