Transparency International’s New Zealand chapter does great work to ensure that our reputation as one of the world’s least corrupt countries is deserved and continues. Their April newsletter carried an endorsement for Superu’s Publishing Protocol’s “straightforward” principles which encourage openness in research and communication of the results.

Statistics NZ run the Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI), a database of administrative data that can be used to evaluate effectiveness of services and programmes. Stats NZ encourage service providers to download Superu’s Guide to using administrative data if they’re interested in using IDI data, or looking to improve their data collection practices.
